Paityn teaches her own style of Vinyasa, Yin, & Restorative yoga online via Zoom. Suitable for beginners and beyond. With a heavy focus on breathing + meditation, each class will have clear instruction and demonstration. Keep your camera on for a more immersive experience or off for enhanced self-practice.

Class Types
~ Vinyasa Flow (gentle strength building class)
~ Restorative Rest (slow movement/meditation)
~ Yin Yearning (deep stretching + exploration of body pathways)
