Outdoor Flow Yoga - Low Island Park
Suitable for all yogis — looking to unwind after work + before dinner.
Balance your mind, body, and spirit while connecting with nature. Our outdoor yoga will be exactly what you need and when you need it. We will build strength, improve flexibility and balance while creating space for breath and flow.
While we are in Step 2 Reopening Protocols we are limited to 10 participants and will require that mats be placed 3m apart.
*Bring a yoga mat and any props you might want (I won't provide mats or props). Dress for the weather! A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and water may also be a great idea.
*I will arrive at 5:15 p.m set up with my mat to prepare to start on time.
*If the weather does not cooperate (rain or cold temperatures below 10 degrees) class will be canceled. In this case, I will update online to FaceBook and Instagram. If the class was pre-paid, a credit for my next class will be carried over.
